Welcome to Kamp Karin, our family-operated campsite in Karin, Zadar County. Kamp Karin is a beachfront campsite set on the unique Karin Sea; some say “the smallest sea in the world. “Its stunning environment of natural beauty, old pinewood trees, and crystal clear water of the Adriatic Sea combines the relaxed ambiance of Karin with the refined hospitality and the incomparable advantages of a modern camping site; two swimming pools, children’s playground, BBQ places, as well as the possibility to rent a SUP board (Stand Up Paddle Board), kayak, etc.
We are within a short walk of the seaside community of Karin, with cafes, restaurants and a mini-market. A short drive away is the more populated town of Benkovac, with its’ supermarket, emergency services, pharmacies, banks, general shops, summer festival cultural events, and hugely popular monthly farmers’ market. Our local surrounding area comprises rural working farms, small vineyards, traditional fishing villages, rich flora and fauna, old pine forests and untouched nature.
Besides the campsite sits a stunning ancient monastery where the Karinsnica River meets the Karin Sea. There are many beautiful walks, great roads, and conditions for keen cyclists. Along the streets, visitors can source fresh products from locals, such as summer fruits and homemade olive oil. Our guests will experience unbelievable air quality as we are situated just below Velebit Mountain. They may also wish to try the natural mineral health muds close to our campsite for skin conditions, ailments such as arthritis and detoxification.
As we are situated on a sea inlet with calm, clear water and shaded pebble beaches – fishing and general water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, Stand Up Paddle boarding, water skiing and boating are popular with locals and tourists alike.
Camping at Kamp Karin gives you a front-row seat to some of the most beautiful scenery in Croatia and the opportunity to swim, hike, or simply rest by the beach while enjoying the stunning surroundings. We proudly offer spacious plots fitted with all amenities, clean, modern facilities, brand new mobile homes and large onsite Glamping Tents for rent and personal, friendly service. As you can imagine, reservations at each campground go quickly. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for the summer months.
